Whether your relationship is to a spouse, a friend, a sibling, a parent, a child, a co-worker, or any other kind of relationship, it has the potential to transform and deepen your life. A relationship can be a container for spiritual growth, a vehicle for receiving more love, and a conveyor of that love out into the world. Relationships have been called a people-growing machine.

SeedWork invites people in all kinds of relationshipsto take a conscious approach to growing spiritually and psychologically in those relationships. Our workshops combine some of the best of modern day psychological research on successful relationships with ancient spiritual practices such a prayer and meditation.
